This help centre is formulated to guarantee you will get the fastest possible resolution to your query in the form of self help, or your email being received by the correct department.
Please note: We’ve created this help centre to make it easier for you to find the answers yourself. If in the drop down menu you are given instructions on how to resolve your issue, please do this BEFORE getting in touch with us. This will always be the quickest way to get the answers you’re looking for!
IMPORTANT NOTICE: From July 2021, we have opened up a warehouse in Germany. This is a new dedicated website for our EU visitors in order to serve our EU customers better. VAT is now included in prices and shipping is much faster.
If you have an account with us before July 2021, you will need to create a new account on this dedicated EU website for future orders. Unfortunately, you will not be able to login using your old credentials on this new website.
*SHIPPING DELAYS ( From 1st Jan 22): In response to recent COVID-19 updates, processing times are delayed by 1-5 days and Express shipping (FedEx / DHL) cannot guarantee shipping timeframes. If your order has not been shipped for over 5 days, please drop us a email (Please wait 5 days before emailing us).
CANCELLATIONS / ORDER CHANGES
You can cancel your order yourself within 30 minutes. The fastest way to cancel your order is to go on your order confirmation email and click 'Cancel Order' (can't find it? check spam and promotions tab too). If you have an account with us, you can also click ‘Account ’ to cancel your order within 30 minutes.
If you require more help, please fill in the form below. Please note that we cannot cancel your order if you placed it more than 1 hours ago as your order would have already been processed by our 3rd party agent. You will have to return your parcel for a refund.
If you want to change your address, please cancel your order and order again. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes. DELIVERY
Premium Shipping takes around 1-2 days to Germany and 2-4 working days for the rest of the EU on average. Please check the average delivery times for your country here: https://eu.objktsjewelry.com/pages/delivery-timetable
Greece and Multa takes on average 4-8 days. Cyprus takes 9-11 days.

There are no customs fee. VAT is included in the RRP.
We ship using DHL. Premium shipping is €5 to Germany and €8 to the rest of the EU. We have a reduced rate of €2 (Germany) and €4 (rest of EU) for orders over €65. Shipping is free for orders over €95. Shipping takes on average 1-4 days depending on your country.

You might have accidentally entered a typo in your email or used an invalid email. Please fill in the form below so we can retrieve your order and re-send you your confirmation.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us to get a replacement.
We will sort out any issues regarding damaged / faulty right away. As soon as you find the product is damaged, please let us know by filling in the form below. Please attach photos for a speedier resolution.

Please also attach photographic evidence of the packaging so that we can determine if contents have been stolen by a 3rd party or if we had missed an item from your order. We will also check the weight of the parcel against the weight of the items. We will usually replace your item unless we find that it is our mistake then you have the option to refund the item instead.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Exchanges are temporarily unavailable for EU customers. Only returns are available right now. Please simply fill out the return form below. Please place a new order with your desired size and color on our website. Once we receive your return, we will refund your order once they've been inspected by the warehouse.
